Queenstown Lakes District Council
A few months back we applied for the QLDC Waste Management Fund and were successful. As part of this initiative we’ll be documenting our waste management processes in detail and drawing on the council’s knowledge and know-how to bring more attention to the waste issues that engulf the construction sector in this region.
Pro Clima
Widely considered to be the cream of the crop, Pro Clima create high-performance weather tightness and air tightness systems, enabling healthy living conditions by protecting building structures from moisture damage. We’ll be using Pro Clima products in our ceiling structure predominantly, along with a building wrap.
Allied Concrete
One of NZ’s largest concrete manufactures are now providing a more eco-focused alternative to standard concrete; the Ready Eco Glass. Incorporating recycled glass in concrete, this glass replaces some of the sand used as standard and doesn’t compromise quality, consistency or the environment.
Macklin Plumbing
Working with local tradies is important to us for multiple reasons. You can’t get much more local that a plumber who lives round the corner. Macklin Plumbing will be doing all our drain laying and plumbing, whilst working with us to install a grey water system and other water/energy saving features.
